Social Teams
Like the other models in the social domain, the data model for social teams is built around the Client object type. Social-team service delivery is based on the ZRM (Self-reliance Matrix). In the social-teams model, the ZRM is elaborated into criteria and levels on which the client may score. Client scores are recorded in ZRM Score per Criterion and totalled in ZRM Score; a client may have multiple over time.
Based on these scores, a Plan of Approach is drawn up for the client.
